Hello! I'm Madison, I am 24 years old and have my own reliable transportation. I grew up around many people on the spectrum and am very sensitive to their varying needs. I love caring for people, and spending time with people is just another way to help meet their needs. I worked with a deaf 7-year-old boy who has behavioral difficulties, so I have experience helping to manage and communicate through meltdowns through language barriers. I also currently work with an autistic adult and have learned some co-regulation techniques- I would love to help a family implement schedule and routine into their lives so that their loved one can have the most fulfilling life possible. I also have a fairly extensive medical background with complex cases, ranging from light experience with G-tubes and mitochondrial disease, to three years of experience with quadriplegia, supra pubic catheters, and bowel routines. As long as proper training is provided, I am comfortable with any medical complexity.
