Hello! I'm Madison, I am 20 years old and have my own reliable transportation. I grew up around many people on the spectrum and am very sensitive to their varying needs. I love caring for people, and spending time with people is just another way to help meet their needs. I worked with a deaf 7-year-old boy who has behavioral difficulties, so I have experience helping to manage and communicate through meltdowns and things of that sort. I would love to help a family implement schedule and routine into their lives so that their loved one can have the most fulfilling life possible. I also have a fairly extensive medical background with complex cases, ranging from G-tubes and mitochondrial disease to quadriplegia and catheters.
