About Madison

I'm a caregiver with three years of experience who is passionate about childcare and supporting families. I've always loved working with children, and I have a natural ability to connect with them and create a safe and nurturing environment. I'm patient, calm, and creative. I believe that every child is unique and deserves to be treated with respect and compassion. I tailor my approach to each child's individual needs, and I'm always looking for new ways to challenge and inspire them. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules and setting boundaries. I have experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I've worked with children with special needs and autism, and I'm comfortable administering medication and providing other forms of care if permitted by a parent. In my free time, I enjoy reading, going to church and spending time with my family and friends.
