I’ve noticed that Madi is very good at engaging all ages and not talking down to them. She has a good grasp on being clear and implementing the parenting style that’s been discussed ahead of time. She’s so creative and kids are drawn to her like few I’ve seen before. She’s a needle in a haystack and anyone is very blessed to have her care for their child(ren).
