About Madison

Madison is the most amazing caregiver EVER! We have three small children 7, 4, and 2 and I immediately felt comfortable having Madison care for them. Her responsibilities were school pick-ups, drop-offs, meals, potty-training. Pretty much anything that a caregiver or mother would do for her children. She even worked over-nights for multiple days in a row while my husband and I were away on business trips. She loves getting them out of the house to play at the park or go to the beach. 1. She instantly connects with kids. She knows how to get down to their level and communicate with them in a way that they understand and feel heard. 2. She stands her ground and uses her authority in the right way. 3. She totally gets it! Never texts and drives, will not answer the door if it is an unexpected visitor and always puts the children safety first. My working situation changed otherwise we would never have let her go.
