About Madison

I'd describe my personality as upbeat, playful, and hard-working. I like working with kids because I enjoy making a positive difference in children's lives and providing them with a caring environment. I started working with kids when I was about 11 years old! I am now 20! In my spare time, I like to hang out with friends, practice various crafts, and enjoy documentaries! One thing you should know about me is I will always be the person to crawl around on the floor and play, while still providing kids with a structured environment. I will always aim to be fun and entertaining for the kids! My skills include having an understanding of disabilities, knowing how to calmly work through strong emotional incidents, and giving each child the support they need. I have worked as a nanny/babysitter, dance teacher, swim instructor, caretaker, and paraprofessional for the SpEd department at an elementary school.
