About Madison

Hello!. I am a teacher at a local Montessori school and looking for babysitting jobs in my off time. I have 8+ years of experience as a child care professional. I am CPR and First aid certified. I have worked with children with special needs and disabilities to the elderly as well. I am enthusiastic, flexible, and a compassionate person that wants to help you feel safe leaving your little people with me. I adapt to the parents approach as well as incorporating Montessori philosophy by respecting the child, allowing them to explore their space (maybe get a little messy, but always clean up together after), and helping them explore their own self reliance.
