About Madison

Hello! I am a Early Childhood Educator with a Bachelor's in Elementary Education. I was a Montessori teacher for 2 years and I have 15+ years of experience as a child care professional. I am CPR and First aid certified. I have worked with children with special needs and disabilities to the elderly as well. I am enthusiastic, flexible, and a compassionate person that wants to help you feel safe leaving your little people with me. I adapt to the parents approach as well as incorporating Montessori philosophy by respecting the child, allowing freedom within limits, and explore their own self reliance. I always incorporate nature based play into my work with children as well as focus on self regulation everyday. Some hobbies I enjoy are: hiking, crafting, reading, poetry, playing with my cats, and cooking healthy vegetarian meals. I would love to talk to you if you have any questions or need any help!
