Our family has benefited greatly from Madison's assistance during a difficult season of transition. For my four girls, who are 10, 8, 8, and just turned 1, she assisted with overnight shifts. She is incredibly patient with my girls and gave each one the time and attention they needed. When they requested to stay up late on weekends, she was prepared each week with activities to keep them occupied. She has effective communication skills and relays any serious concerns. She paid close attention to their needs even when the girls were asleep. One night when my 8-year-old sneaked out of bed to use the bathroom, Madison came back and checked on them all. It was so noteworthy and demonstrated her concern that even the girls talked to me about it. She is trustworthy and reliable. I am incredibly grateful to have met her through Care.com and look forward to see her continued success.
