I have experience with ages newborn-12 as well as watching multiples. I have nannied/babysat for 10+ families in my career as well as working in the nursery at the YMCA. I was with my last nanny family for over 8 years and had been with them since the oldest was 8 months old, and then from the beginning with their last two. We had Maddie watch our little girl (starting at 6 months) in the evenings a couple times a week. She was very experienced and competent with babies, more than us! She was so nice and accommodating for our sometimes random schedule. Our work schedules changed so we no longer needed Maddie, but would have her babysit at any moment!
