About Madison

I am a dedicated and experienced childcare provider with over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for children of various ages. In addition, I have 4 years of experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I supported children with developmental and behavioral needs using evidence-based strategies. This background has strengthened my ability to create structured, nurturing, and supportive environments tailored to each child's unique needs. I am patient, reliable, and attentive, and I take pride in building positive relationships with both children and their families while promoting growth, learning, and emotional well-being.
