Hello! I'm passionate about supporting individuals with mental and physical health needs and have a strong background working with children with developmental differences, especially autism and ADHD. Through my work with Child First, I've supported parents and children in building routines, emotional regulation, and communication skills. I've also provided caregiving, tutoring, and life skills coaching for two preteens with autism and ADHD. I'm a licensed EMT, CPR certified, and trained in Basic Life Support.
