Had a phone call with Madison on Saturday (8/6), schedule an in person meet and greet with our family (8/9). We asked her rate and she agreed (we would have paid more). A few hours before the in person meetup, she canceled due to another family starting 'immediately', (we were too) After a few messages it turns out the other family is paying more. No idea she was talking to anyone else, no idea the rate she suggested was too low. The lack of courtesy is baffling.
