About Madison

I absolutely LOVE working with kiddos! My childcare journey started at the ripe age of 12, when my sister & I launched our very own babysitting business, M&M Babysitting. I've worked at our local YMCA as a child care attendant, birthday party host, swim coach, lifeguard, & sports coach. Giving me experience with children of all ages & personalities. I spent a summer in Arapahoe, NC at Camp Seafarer as a Senior-In-Charge Sailing Instructor, leading activities for over 200 girls each day & helping them gain confidence both on & off the water. Over the years, I've coached, counseled, & mentored kids in a variety of settings. I'm always aiming to create a safe, fun, & empowering environment that utilizes outdoor experiences & limited screen time to promote more creativity! I am CPR + AED certified & passionate about helping kids grow, learn, & thrive. I always bring energy, patience, & care to everything I do!
