About Madison

I've been caring for children for the past two years and have passion for fostering their growth and development through positive and engaging experiences. My time caregiving, combined with the joy of becoming an aunt, ignited a deep passion in me to pursue a career in childcare and education. I'm actively pursuing an education in a child development program and will be working towards my degree as an elementary school teacher beginning next spring. I'm known for my patience and calmness, and I strive to create a friendly and fun environment for the children in my care. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and follow their preferred method to discuss their child's day or any issues that may arise. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency and respect their parenting style.
