Madi nannied our daughter from 5m to 15mo. Our youngest is now 2yo and Madi continues to babysit both of our kids for occasional date nights. To date, she is the only person that we can rely on to capably care for our two toddlers (3yo and 2yo), and - outside of a school setting with a safety plan - the only person we trust to care for our daughter, whose health requires heightened supervision. Madi is calm and confident with children and babies alike, and her many years of childcare experience show in the way she connects with little ones. We adore her.
