About Madison

My professional background as a special education teacher for students with severe and profound needs, I bring both compassion and expertise to every caregiving role. I am experienced with very demanding work environment and balancing large case loads and workloads. My teaching experience has shaped my ability to be patient, flexible, and attentive to individual needs-qualities that translate directly into thoughtful, reliable care. Providing developmentally appropriate lessons and hands on experiences is where I shine! I'm a purpose-driven individual whose Christian faith is at the heart of how I live and work- guiding me to lead with integrity, compassion, and a service-oriented mindset. Outside of work, I'm a proud wife, a dog mom, and a loving auntie who treasures time spent with family. I grew up on a farm and still find joy in working outdoors.
