I am a very intuitive and calm person so I am able to understand people with special needs easily and help them maneuver their triggers and behavioral patterns better. I am also very upbeat and encouraging and so I will always build them up and help them see their strengths and talents and good qualities so they feel appreciated and loved and important. Although caretaking is a job, I fully dedicate myself to the point of genuinely caring for the individual and maintaining a friendship with them! :)
