About Madison

Working with children and adults with diverse needs is something I genuinely love. Over the past three years, I've supported individuals with Down syndrome, autism, and Williams syndrome, which has taught me patience, understanding, and the importance of meeting each person where they are. I love finding creative ways to help people feel included, independent, and connected to their community through activities, sports, outings, puzzles, and new experiences. I take time to understand each person's personality, communication style, emotions, and triggers so they feel seen and supported, especially during difficult moments. I'm calm, patient, creative, and approachable, and I'm happy to help with meals, carpooling, light housekeeping, routines, and daily activities. Most importantly, I want the people I care for to feel capable, included, understood, and excited about their lives.
