We were excited to give Madison a three day trial to see if things would work out. She showed up over ten minutes late on the first day. She apologized and ended up finishing the day well. The second day she was over twenty minutes late. She did let me know that she was running late on both days. On the last day, she did not notify us of running late and again showed up over twenty minutes late. I told her to just go home and I offered feedback for her next job like leaving early and allowing plenty of extra time to arrive. She was extremely rude and did not accept responsibility for her behavior. Madison seems like a lovely person but her reaction showed a lot about her character. I hope she can learn from this experience. We paid her quite generously for her time.
