Madison worked with us for a week and a half. During her time with us, I saw no interaction skills with the kids, she barely talked to the kids. She was quickly overwhelmed and frustrated with any needs the children had, despite the fact that my husband and I were always home to help with any extensive need or concerns. At 30/hour she was also concerned about the low pay. If she had any childcare skills, we could have increased the pay. We continued with her because we needed support at home. One day she just stopped coming and ghosted us. She had a parking pass for our housing area. I messaged her to drop it off or mail it. No response.
