Hi! I'm Madison, 26, with 10+ years of childcare experience. I'm the oldest sibling, I've been caring for kids since I was 13 and have also helped raise my cousins, nieces, and nephews. I spent 3 years as an RBT working one-on-one with children (ages 3-12) on the autism spectrum and have 4 years of experience supporting neurodivergent adults and individuals with various mental and physical abilities. I'm CPR & First Aid certified, trained in seizure safety and de-escalation, a strong swimmer, and have reliable transportation. I love crafts, baking, outdoor adventures, and animals! I'm comfortable with morning/night routines, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and administering medication.
