Let me start out by saying how much we liked Madison. We communicated over email and once over the phone and was impressed by her background & personality. Decided to hire her as our nanny, sending her the good news and she quickly accepted. We sent out regret messages to the others we had interviewed to tell them the position had been filled. But this is when Madison started to flake out on us. We wanted to meet and both agreed on a time for her to come over and she cancelled an hour before. I sent an email on a time to reschedule, and she never responded to that message. I even followed up multiple times. I finally started texting Madison, telling her we were worried & asking if she was even still interested in the position. Madison apologized for everything & said she was definitely interested & wanted to meet up. We scheduled one last time for her to come over and Madison never showed up. She never even called or emailed. I do not recommend this person, as she is not reliable.
