We have recently hired Madison to help with our 4, 2 year olds as well as our 3 month old. She is very friendly, interacts great with the kids, and so far has been doing a great job. She is very detailed and follows the schedule for my youngest and gives a detailed report at the end of the day. She is punctual, helpful around the house, and has planned outings for them. We have enjoyed getting to know her and would recommend her.
