About Madison

My name is Madison and over the last couple of years I have been a manager at Jack Allen's Kitchen... I'm sure you are wondering how restaurant management even remotely relates to child care? Well, in my position I have learned a number of things: problem solving in high-stress situations, how to handle various personality types, how to encourage others to strive for their best self, and the importance of a clean/healthy environment. As a manager, I am also in a constant state of monitoring everything that goes on in the building! While it has been a few years since I have had a child care gig, I am very enthusiastic and well-prepared! I have recently completed certifications in CPR, Child & Baby First Aid, and Child Nutrition. I absolutely adore children and cherish the ability to be an influence in their lives. My family is full of child care workers: my mom has been a grade school teacher and my step-mom a pediatrician for 10+ years... so you can say it runs in the family!
