I understand that every animal has their own personality, routine, and comfort level, and I always want pets to feel safe, cared for, and understood while their family is away. I'm naturally quiet, patient, and very detail-oriented. I care a lot about doing things the right way, so I take instructions seriously and like to make sure I understand each pet's routine clearly.
