About Madison

I have a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and learning. I'm a student majoring in secondary mathematics education, and I love helping kids build confidence and curiosity. I have over two years of experience working in a structured before- and after-school program, experience as a respite care provider for neurodivergent learners, and time spent working full-time in summer camp settings. I'm known for being calm, patient, and approachable, and I enjoy spending time outdoors, doing crafts, playing board games, or helping with homework. I am CPR and First Aid certified and always prioritize creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment for kids.
