About Madison

I'd describe my personality as caring, responsible, patient. I like working with kids because they're full of energy and creativity which makes every day fun for me. I thoroughly enjoy helping them learn and grow; seeing the impact I make on their development is inspiring. I'm looking for a job that has a warm, friendly, family environment where open communication is valued. Consistency is important to me, especially when pursuing a long-term position. I would love to build a strong bond with whoever it may be, and consistency helps me do that. Mutual respect is always valued tremendously! I started working with kids this past year, however, I am going to school to be a teacher! My sister just had a baby last year and I have spent plenty hours baby sitting. I also have a huge passion for animals! I have grown up around cats and dogs my whole life! I have about 2 years experience with cat/dog sitting and fostering kittens as well.
