Maddie watched our 3yo daughter for a year. She was always consistent and proactive about communicating with us, doing wholesome/educational activities, cleaning up, and using the right approaches to being with/helping our daughter. It’s obvious she has read/studied a lot about child care and she uses what she’s learned. She was patient and loving with our daughter and brought out the best in her. We are so grateful to have had Maddie as a nanny! We couldn’t have hoped for someone better.
