About Madison

Hi, I'm Madi. I started working with young children about 5 years ago! I am looking for a consistent longterm position. My rates start at $22/hour for 1 child. I have worked for many families, two Montessori early childhood education centers; one as an Assistant Director. I have a diploma in Montessori education, CPR/ First Aid certified, have my own car, and take courses in child development. My mission is to nurture each child's natural curiosity, independence, and sense of belonging. Rooted in Montessori, I aim to create a calm and respectfully prepared environment where children feel safe to explore, learn, and grow. I strive to model kindness, patience, and empathy while supporting practical life skills, emotional confidence, and joyful discovery. I am committed to providing consistent, attentive, and developmentally informed care that honors the potential within every child! In my personal time I love be outside, craft, try new recipes, read, and spend time with my animals!
