Anytime we provided feedback or wanted to change up the activities she was able to promptly make the change and maintain a positive attitude. Our daughter absolutely adores her and we feel that she is able to create the environment of care, learning, encouragement and development that we were searching for in a nanny. If we weren't my moving we'd have kept working with Madisen until our daughter started school.
