As team lead I was responsible for these resident wellbeing and medication management. I am very quick and attentive, reliable and compassionate, very understanding to resident who suffer from this illness. I'm a very professional worker who follow each individual care and support plans to the T to make sure that individual is getting what he/ she needs to help them through this hard times in their live.
