About Madilyn

I'm an experienced and dependable childcare provider who genuinely loves working with children and creating a positive, fun, and supportive environment. I previously worked at a daycare, primarily caring for infants, while also gaining experience with children of all ages. I currently work as a paraprofessional supporting children with autism and other disabilities. I have degrees in Psychological Brain Sciences and Linguistics, which have given me a strong understanding of child development, communication, and individual needs. While English is my only fluent language, I also speak conversational Spanish and French. I'm comfortable following and reinforcing parents' rules and routines while making sure children feel safe, happy, and cared for. Building trust with both children and parents is very important to me, and I strive to be someone families can rely on.
