About Madilyn

Hi families! I'm a childcare provider with 8 years of paid experience in babysitting, outdoor education, preschool classrooms, and nannying. Inspired by Waldorf education, I encourage creativity through screen-free activities, nature-based play, and hands-on learning. I love creating a nurturing environment where children can explore, whether we're tracking animals, making art, or cooking together. New to Fairbanks for my full-time Army job, I am seeking evening and weekend childcare positions. I'm often available for last-minute bookings! I've cared for children ages 0-14, with a focus on early childhood. I also have extensive experience supporting neurodivergency, children on the spectrum, and those who have experienced early adversity. Outside work, I enjoy road trips, camping, backpacking, cooking, and discovering new music. I look forward to meeting your family!
