I'd describe my personality as dedicated, explorational, and as very compassionate. I like working with kids because as their little minds find new ideas I'm able to explore new opportunities. We always work together to build relationships and help build each others way of thinking and learning. I'm looking for a job that is never the same, I love change and development. I want experiences and fun times that I'm excited about. I want to help families and children become their best. I started working with kids when I had my son, he encouraged me to find new ways to see being a parent. Becoming a teacher was a whole new mindset on helping young minds grow. In my spare time, I like to read, running and going to the gym, playing with my son and his puppy, and spending as much time outside as I can. One thing you should know about me is I am in the Arkansas national guard as a mechanic. Something I am very passionate about. I made it a goal of mine to become a good leader one day.

Madilynn is an amazing caregiver. She has watched my son multiple times and I will continue picking her. My son loves her and talks about her all the time. She does crafts with him, takes him outside to slide on his slide, cooks meals for him when he asks/if needed, and most importantly her hours are very flexible for my family.
