About Madi

Hi! I'm a behavior technician at Pediatric Plus The Farm, where I work one-on-one with kids with autism and special needs. It is a very rewarding job and it's shaped the way I approach childcare in a big way - I'm patient, I know how to adapt to different kids' needs, and I genuinely love what I do. Outside of my current role, I have four years of childcare experience - two years working in a daycare and two years as a private nanny. Between all three, I've worked with a wide range of ages and personalities, and I've learned that every kid is different and deserves care that reflects that. I'm someone families can count on to be consistent, communicative, and truly present with their kids. I'm not just there to babysit - I care about the kids I work with and take the time to understand what makes them comfortable and what helps them thrive.
