About Madigan

After 13 years working in the chemistry field, I recently took my career in a new direction after moving back to Minnesota. What started as helping family manage home projects has grown into work I genuinely love. I have experience managing property sales, coordinating contractors, organizing homes, running errands, cleaning, yard work, and selling and donating belongings. I currently help a senior couple downsize, including sorting, selling, and donating their items. I'm highly organized, dependable, and comfortable taking a project and running with it. I'm also not afraid to get my hands dirty! I genuinely enjoy cleaning, yard work, organizing, and tackling projects others may not have time for. Having managed the estates of my late father and brother, I also understand the emotions that can come with personal belongings and major life transitions. I approach every home and project with patience, discretion, and respect.
