About Madelyn

My name is Madie, and I will be moving to the Grosse Pointe area this June. I am looking for a nanny position nearby! A little about me: I grew up as a babysitter for my two younger siblings, and being the eldest of 16 grandchildren. Other relevant experience includes working as a neighborhood nanny, helping out with childcare at my church, and volunteering at a Spina Bifida clinic where I assisted in caring for children with serious medical conditions. I also have experience with children as young as 15 weeks old (twins!) to 14 years old. My academic background: I graduated from Kalamazoo College with a BA in biology and neuroscience (2017). I took a few courses on early child development and growth to fulfill these degrees. Since graduation, I have worked as a medical assistant at a family practice. Completed Pfizer COVID series while employed. Updated certifications (2020) include CPR, AED, first aid, and my CNA license. Contact me for more information!
