About Madelyn

I like working with kids because I love to hear all the new perspectives and views that kids have on the world, and I love getting to play games like when I was a kid! I started working with kids when I started to babysit, over the summer I babysat around 35 hours a week. Later, I got a job at a summer camp for kids with dyslexia, and then moved to an organization which provides before/after school care and summer camp to kids where I have been working for the past 3 years! One thing you should know about me is I have several years of experience working with large groups of kids, including disabled kids (such as severe autism, adhd, developmental delays, deafness, cerebral palsy, etc). My skills include: finding and leading fun activities to keep kids entertained, handling difficult behaviors or assisting with medical needs, and communicating with families to best care for your kids!
