I am a Registered Behavior Technician with a strong background in supporting children with special needs across clinical, educational, and home settings. I spent 3 years working in an early intervention clinical setting, where I helped children and families through a wide range of therapies--not only behavior therapy, but also skill-building in communication, social development, daily living, and emotional regulation. I also worked for 3 years as a lead Pre-K teacher, creating structured, supportive classrooms that fostered learning, independence, and confidence in young children of all abilities. In addition, I have experience as a nanny, providing individualized, attentive care in home environments. I am patient, compassionate, and highly attuned to each child's unique needs. My goal is always to create a safe, supportive space where children can grow, learn, and thrive at their own pace while giving families confidence and peace of mind.
