About Madelyn

I'm 21 years old and a student at North Carolina State University double majoring in psychology and business. I started babysitting at 13 for a family with 3 children ages 2, 4, and 6, and later babysat a 2-year-old for about a year and a half. I was also a camp counselor in summer 2022. Most recently, I spent a year nannying for a family with children ages 10, 14, and 16, including helping manage behavioral challenges. What I love most about working with kids is building connections and understanding each child's unique needs and personality. I enjoy creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment while still maintaining structure and responsibility. I take allergies very seriously, am comfortable around pets, and don't mind short-distance transportation if needed. In my free time I enjoy reading, hiking, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
