About Madel

I am Madel originally from the Philippines. It's been my 2 years here in United States, but I am a licensed elementary teacher in my country. I'm known for my patience, warmth, and ability to connect with children on a personal level. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and follow their preferred communication method to ensure we're on the same page about their child's care. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and use positive reinforcement to teach children about respect, responsibility, and good behavior. I love playing outdoor sports and physical games with children, as well as educational games that promote learning and development.
