Why have I trusted my kids with Maddie for two years? First, my two girls adore her. They look forward to her presence and regularly ask when they see her next. Maddie has made them a part of her life. My kids sense this and deeply respect and love Maddie: they feel seen and heard by her. I appreciate Maddie's approach to holding my kids accountable. This was especially an asset during the home-school phase of the pandemic. Maddie led my daughters through distance learning, setting the focus on academics and planning events to keep them engaged. The values I see Maddie impart to my daughters are also key. She's pragmatical, invested in family, her faith, and resourceful. She has integrity and believes in doing the right thing even when it's hard: excellent characteristics for my daughters to witness in action when she takes the girls grocery shopping! She does a solid job making my floors look like two kids, two cats and one dog don't live here. No small feat!
