About Madeline

With over 6 years of experience working with children ages 1 and up, I'm known for being a patient, calm, and attentive care giver! I enjoy building strong, positive connections with the children I care for through games, crafts, and engaging activities. I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Social Work, and I previously worked as an Assistant Camp Director, where I gained valuable experience managing groups of children in a fun, structured environment. I am comfortable caring for up to four children at a time and I am CPR and First Aid certified. Additionally, I have completed coursework in child development in both my undergrad and graduate programs. I value clear, consistent communication with parents to ensure everyone feels informed and confident in their child's care.
