About Madeline

My background in social work combined with my creativity offers a unique perspective. I'm a firm believer that behavior is communication, children are simply learning through their environment. Having the opportunity to guide another being through the world is a responsibility I do not take lightly. After working in child abuse prevention and in-home therapy settings, I find an immense joy in being an example of adulthood. Helping kiddos understand themselves, advocate, and problem solve independently truly fills my cup. I'm looking to support a family's journey while being able to tend to my own creative endeavors as I make wire wrapped jewelry and vend at markets. Ultimately, I'd love to be able to fulfill my own needs while maintaining my passion for child development. My fluency in American Sign Language has helped me support a wide range of family needs! I currently use public transit as my main mode of transportation. My main barrier is that I do not have a car.
