I never had the opportunity to have Maddie on the staff, but from what I have observed, she is caring, courteous, kind and demonstrates all the positive characteristics you would want in a caregiver. I had the honor of interviewing her a couple years ago and she was very kind and compassionate. I have no doubt she would be a tremendous addition to anyone's care team.
