About Madeline

I have known Maddie closely for the last three years. She has been babysitting my five-year-old and performing light housekeeping duties, part-time. Maddie is bright, motivated, reliable, honest, affectionate, and well-versed in childcare. She has many strengths but her main strength, according to my observation, is her talent to motivate and engage a kid. She always seems genuinely interested in my daughter's mental development and presents new ways of learning. It is clear to me that Maddie is passionate about working with children. I see this manifest in her communication and creative ideas for activities. She keeps my daughter occupied and most importantly, safe.
