I've spent the last 20 years working with kids in a variety of settings, including more than a decade as an elementary school teacher. I'm a certified, graduate-level educator and currently teach in an elementary school, so I'm very comfortable with routines, behavior expectations, and caring for multiple children at once. I have experience with kids from infancy through age 11 and can confidently supervise up to five children. I'm warm, calm, and playful, and I love engaging kids with board games, puzzles, learning games, and age-appropriate technology. I'm also very comfortable setting boundaries and following household rules. I believe communication with parents is key, so I'm happy to give updates at pickup or check in by text or call-whatever works best for you. I can help with simple meals, light tidying, travel, and swimming supervision, and I'm CPR and First Aid certified. I'd love to support your family with dependable care and lots of experience working with kids.
