About Madeline

As a caregiver, I find genuine joy in fostering the growth and development of children. With years of experience, I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for each child in my care. Former employers describe me as calm and patient with children, and with my creativity and imagination, I meet the child where they are. Effective communication with parents and guardians is a top priority for me, keeping them informed through verbal updates, regular text messages, or phone calls -- whichever the parents prefer. Similarly, I support the parents in adhering to their guidelines to ensure consistency for the children. I enjoy engaging children in a variety of activities that align with the children's interests, as well as expanding their horizons. I encourage spending time outdoors, and love to do puzzles, board games, imaginary play, and my favorite: read books!
