About Madeline

I am a San Diego native who lives a conscious and healthful lifestyle. Some of my passions are yoga, adventuring, cooking in the kitchen, and spending quality time with loved ones. I encourage and inspire more natural ways of living as I have received my certification as a holistic wellness coach and yoga teacher, and have found profound healing along the path through meaningful lifestyle changes. I currently support clients in sustaining more mindful approaches to living through healthy meal preparation, nutritional education, fitness, organization, and various assistive tasks.
