About MADELINE

I was a 2nd grade teacher for the last 8 years so I love working with kids! In 2018, I graduated with a bachelor's degree in elementary and special education. I also completed certificates in American Sign Language and Autism Spectrum Disorders. In 2021, I graduated with a master's degree in teaching and learning. I was also certified to English to Learners of Other Languages. I babysat and later did autism therapy and respite for children/adults with disabilities from 2006 to 2018. I was a licensed respite foster parent through Winnebago County. During that time, I was CPR and first aid certified but have since let my licenses lapse. I would be willing to retake courses if that is important to you.
