About Madeline

My goal is to help students learn and do well, but most importantly to help them develop a love for learning. School often becomes a chore, and feels like a meaningless set of knowledge with no application to life. It's also so common for kids to get stuck at a roadblock because they don't understand something, when they really just need it explained in a different way. While it isn't realistic to expect a child to love every subject, I aim to help them find the things that excite them, foster a deeper, fuller understanding of topics, and develop study skills and methods that will help them not only academically but also in other areas of life.
